"As someone with anxiety and trauma, I feel so lucky to work with Katherine who understands these challenges so well, and the mind/body connection. During our sessions, we work on both healing my body through pelvic work, and in turn do some emotional healing. Our sessions have also been educational in helping me to understand about the pelvic floor. I have made much progress in my pelvic challenges, and am excited to continue the journey with Katherine."
